Members of the
Brandywine Valley Association can register for programs now!
Nonmember registration begins on March 1st.
If you would like to become a member, please indicate
below. Our camps fill quickly and registration is on a
first-come, first-served basis. Register online for speedy
enrollment. You will be billed through PayPal. This
form will not calculate camp fees. Please check
program
descriptions for program costs.
If a program
is full or cancelled, your registration fee will be fully
refunded. If a program is full, you will be notified within
seven days of receipt. A confirmation packet, including
the medical form and detailed camp information, will be sent in
the spring. To ensure a safe and fun program, in which children
are at the same developmental level, we strictly enforce the
stated age requirements. Due to the nature of activities in our
programs, we are only able to register campers with special
needs on a case-by-case basis. Please call the office at

Enroll one
camper in a week session,
receive 10% off all additional weeks for that same camper!
Cancellation Policy
A
$30.00 cancellation fee for each program will be applied
regardless of when the cancellation is made. Cancellation on
the part of the participant must be made at least 14 DAYS
PRIOR to the start of the program for a full refund, minus
the $30.00 cancellation fee.
