Autumn
has just arrived and birds are filling the skies! Join Derek
Stoner, Naturalist, Master Ornithologist and Photographer, as
you scan for raptors like Broad-winged Hawks and
bright-colored warblers in the hedgerows. Learn tips and
techniques for locating and identifying birds while using
spotting scopes to get up-close views of the birds we observe.
The walk will be over moderately-sloped terrain and
participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars.
Program is appropriate for adults and children age 8 and
older.
