Secure Online Registration Form - 2008

 

Members of Red Clay Valley Association can register for programs now!  Nonmember registration begins on March 1st. If you would like to become a member, please indicate below.  To ensure your child’s space at camp, please fill out and mail this form with complete payment.  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.  REGISTRATIONS CANNOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE.  If a program is full or cancelled, your registration fee will be fully refunded.  If a program is full, you will be notified within a week of receipt.  Visit our website at www.brandywinewatershed.org to check on program availability.  A camper cannot repeat the same session in one summer.  A confirmation packet will be sent in the spring, after your registration is received. To ensure a safe and fun program, in which children are at the same developmental level, we strictly enforce the stated age requirements. Due to the nature of activities in our programs, we are only able to register campers with special needs on a case-by-case basis.  Please call the office at 610-793-1090 for more information. 

 

       Multiple Camp Discount:

All campers enrolling in more than one week of camp will receive a

 10% discount off all additional weeks of camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A $30.00 cancellation fee for each program will be applied regardless of when the cancellation is made.  Cancellation on the part of the participant must be made at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start of the program for a full refund, minus the $30.00 cancellation fee.
